Dr Ganesh Natarajan
Executive Chairman
Dr Ganesh Natarajan is a seasoned industry leader with a proven track record of successfully leading publicly listed companies, including Aptech Limited and Zensar Technologies. As CEO of Zensar, he increased the company’s turnover from 40 million dollars in 2001 to 380 million dollars by 2016. Currently, he is the Co- founder of GTT and 5F World and serves as Chairman of Honeywell Automation, EPPS and Lighthouse Communities Foundation. Dr Natarajan has chaired industry associations such as NASSCOM and contributed to various national committees. His academic credentials include a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from NITIE Mumbai, a PhD from IIT Bombay, and Advanced Management training from Harvard Business School.
Gopal Patwardhan
Founder
Gopal Patwardhan is a transformative leader with over two decades of experience driving meaningful change across various industries. As Chairman of SMCVPL since 2016, he emphasizes relationship- building and trust as keys to successful business operations. His prior leadership roles include Duke Industries and Autoline Industries Limited where he guided strategic decisions that fostered growth. Gopal holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University and an engineering degree from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
Pankaj Samani
Managing Director
Pankaj Samani is a dynamic entrepreneur and dedicated leader with over 25 years of experience in transforming ideas into successful businesses across diverse sectors including private equity, agriculture, and real estate development. As Managing Director of GTT Data, he redefined business communications through innovation and purpose. His entrepreneurial journey includes transforming real estate landscape and impactful investments in agriculture as Managing Partner at Agri One India. Pankaj’s commitment to empowering emerging businesses is evident in his role at SMCV, where he provides mentorship and funding support. He holds an MBA in Finance from Southampton Solent University and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Padmabhushan Vasantraodada Patil Institute of Technology.

President - Data, Al & Software
Sri is a recognized thought leader in Data Governance and Master Data Management. As the President of Data, AI and Software, he leads client initiatives to implement state-of-the-art data management platforms across various industries including banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, government, media, and retail. With more than 23 years of experience in the industry, Sri has performed Consulting, Architecture and Senior management roles in India, Singapore and the UK. Sri is passionate about Data Management, Big Data Analytics including Generative-AI and Machine Learning. His mission is to ensure clients derive maximum business value from their data while facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Dr Uma Ganesh
President - Human Intelligence & Skills
Dr Uma Ganesh is an accomplished leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi and PhD from IIT Bombay. With three decades of experience spanning Manufacturing, Media, Banking, Education, and IT, Uma specializes in entrepreneurial strategy, skill development and digital employee management platforms. She co-founded Global Talent Track, which has impacted over one million youth through its vocational skills programs. Additionally, she co-founded 5F World focused on digital start-ups and serves on several boards including the Centre for Al and Advanced Analytics. Uma’s previous roles include Chief Corporate Development Officer at HSBC and CEO of Zee Education.
Dr. Vijay Jog

A serial entrepreneur – Founder of Corporate Renaissance Group (CR Group) Canada & South Africa, CRG Solutions (Canada, India), & CRG Software (India), and a co-founder of BI4Dynamics Americas. As an advisor to GTT Data, Dr. Jog brings in 30 years of consulting & entrepreneurial experience, and has provided strategic guidance to a diverse range of public & private sector organizations across the globe, including Canada, the USA, UK, the Caribbean, Austria, South Africa, Ukraine, Poland & India. Dr. Jog has a proven record of accomplishment in applying innovative strategies & technologies to increase business performance & is a recognized thought leader in corporate value creation & performance. He has worked with leading corporations & government entities to design & execute strategies that drive shareholder value & business growth, & his experience spans finance, manufacturing, telecommunications, & government, among others. Dr. Jog holds a Ph.D. in Management (Finance) from McGill University, along with an MBA & M.Eng. from the same institution and B. Eng. (BITS, Pilani).
