Dr. Ganesh Natarajan
Director - Chairman
Dr Ganesh Natarajan is a seasoned industry leader with a proven track record of successfully leading publicly listed companies, including Aptech Limited and Zensar Technologies. As CEO of Zensar, he increased the company’s turnover from 40 million dollars in 2001 to 380 million dollars by 2016. Currently, he is the Co- founder of GTT and 5F World and serves as Chairman of Honeywell Automation, EPPS and Lighthouse Communities Foundation. Dr Natarajan has chaired industry associations such as NASSCOM and contributed to various national committees. His academic credentials include a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from NITIE Mumbai, a PhD from IIT Bombay, and Advanced Management training from Harvard Business School.

Pankaj Samani is a dynamic entrepreneur and dedicated leader whose unwavering commitment to this venture stems from his profound passion for building a next-generation technology company. He is the Managing Director of GTT Data Solution Ltd, formerly known as Cinerad Communications Limited, a company poised to lead in this transformative era. He firmly believes in the imminent exponential growth of the industry, fueled by the integration of Data Analytics (DA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI with human instincts, forming the basis of dual intelligence within the enterprise landscape. He envisions Bharat emerging as a key player in the forthcoming technological revolution. Pankaj’s exceptional ability to employ financial engineering for strategic inorganic growth, coupled with his extensive experience in Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), and the startup ecosystem, uniquely positions the company to surpass its targets and projections. He holds an MBA in Finance from Southampton Solent University and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University.

Mr. Kaushal Uttam Shah is an Indian resident, aged 47 years. He holds the degree of Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has an experience of more than 23 years in the field of Commodities and Capital Markets.
Mr. Nitin Patil

A seasoned software professional with over 28 years of diverse experience in the Information Technology industry, including a decade of professional work in the United States. Holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from San Jose State University (SJSU), California, USA, which has provided him with a strong academic foundation and a global perspective on emerging technology trends. Currently, He oversees ITARIUM’s Strategy, Technology, and Business Development. In this role, he combines his technical expertise and leadership skills to define the company’s technological vision, identify growth opportunities, and drive innovation. He actively contributes to research and development, as well as the development of processes to enhance productivity and deliver business value.
Mr. Salil Sriram Shetty

Mr. Salil Sriram Shetty is an Indian resident, aged 49 years. He has studied BS, Engineering from Bangalore University and MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a founder and Director of Product Strategy and Marketing at ReZEN. He was the product manager of ChartOne from 2001 to 2003 and the Strategy Consultant for March FIRST/US Web/ MMG from 1999 to 2001.
Mr. Shantanu Jagannath Surpure

Mr. Shantuanu Jagannath Surpure Shantanu Surpure aged 54 years is an experienced global corporate and securities lawyer focused on cross-border corporate transactions, M&A, venture capital, private equity and capital markets. He represents multinational corporations and venture capital/private equity funds, emerging growth companies and entrepreneurs including in the technology, energy transition, healthcare and web3 space. Shantanu is also a Co-Founder of Mumbai Angels, a prominent angel investment group in India. He has made significant contributions to the legal field through his speaking engagements and publications including in Forbes and Reuters among others. Shantanu holds a BA from Brown University/London School of Economics, an MA Juris from Oxford University (recipient of the GilbertMurray Trust Award) and a JD from Columbia Law School (with a Certificate of Achievement from Columbia Law School’s Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law). Shantanu was Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law and a Director of the Columbia Law School Association. Shantanu is licensed to practice law in the US (NY, CA and NV), UK and India.

Mr. Samarjeetsinh Vikramsinh Ghatge

Mr. Samarjeetsinh Vikramsinh Ghatge is an Indian resident, aged 41 years. He holds the Chartered Accountants (CA) degree. He was able to function as the chairman of the Pune Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA). In 2015, he assumed the post of Chairman of Shree Chhatrapati Shahu Sahakari Sugar Factory and was elected as Director of Shree Chhatrapati Shahu Milk and Agro Producer Company which has the state-of-the-art dairy plant with the capacity to handle one lakh liters of milk per day. Along with this, his leadership has always been a guide for Shahu Group-run Kagal Bank and educational institutions.

As Chairman of SMCVPL since 2016, he emphasizes relationship- building and trust as keys to successful business operations. His prior leadership roles include Duke Industries and Autoline Industries Limited where he guided strategic decisions that fostered growth. Gopal holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University and an engineering degree from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
