Dr. Ganesh Natarajan
Director - Chairman
Dr Ganesh Natarajan is a seasoned industry leader with a proven track record of successfully leading publicly listed companies, including Aptech Limited and Zensar Technologies. As CEO of Zensar, he increased the company’s turnover from 40 million dollars in 2001 to 380 million dollars by 2016. Currently, he is the Co- founder of GTT and 5F World and serves as Chairman of Honeywell Automation, EPPS and Lighthouse Communities Foundation. Dr Natarajan has chaired industry associations such as NASSCOM and contributed to various national committees. His academic credentials include a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from NITIE Mumbai, a PhD from IIT Bombay, and Advanced Management training from Harvard Business School.

Pankaj Samani is a dynamic entrepreneur and dedicated leader whose unwavering commitment to this venture stems from his profound passion for building a next-generation technology company. He is the Managing Director of GTT Data Solution Ltd, formerly known as Cinerad Communications Limited, a company poised to lead in this transformative era. He firmly believes in the imminent exponential growth of the industry, fueled by the integration of Data Analytics (DA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Generative AI with human instincts, forming the basis of dual intelligence within the enterprise landscape. He envisions Bharat emerging as a key player in the forthcoming technological revolution. Pankaj’s exceptional ability to employ financial engineering for strategic inorganic growth, coupled with his extensive experience in Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), and the startup ecosystem, uniquely positions the company to surpass its targets and projections. He holds an MBA in Finance from Southampton Solent University and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University.

Mr. Kaushal Uttam Shah is an Indian resident, aged 47 years. He holds the degree of Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has an experience of more than 23 years in the field of Commodities and Capital Markets.

Ms. Pallabi Saboo is an accomplished and self-made global business leader with over 25 years of experience in founding and scaling complex organizations, demonstrating a remarkable 29% CAGR over two decades. She has successfully founded and exited four companies, led over 70 integrations and completed more than 30 restructurings across diverse, non-adjacent business categories from US government services to high-end technology and luxury goods. She has served on influential boards such as the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority and the U.S. Army Science Board, bringing over 15 years of corporate governance and regulatory compliance expertise. Recognized as a top CEO and business leader she is also a dedicated philanthropist and mentor, supporting global causes and women entrepreneurs. She holds an Advanced Management degree from Harvard Business School, MBA from Virginia Tech and B.S. in Electronics Engineering.
Mr. Gopal Patwardhan

Gopal Patwardhan is a transformative leader with over two decades of experience driving meaningful change across various industries. As Chairman of SMCVPL since 2016, he emphasizes relationship- building and trust as keys to successful business operations. His prior leadership roles include Duke Industries and Autoline Industries Limited where he guided strategic decisions that fostered growth. Gopal holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University and an engineering degree from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
Mr. Hamad Jabor Jassim Al-Thani
Non Executive Director
Mr. Hamad Jabor Jassim Al-Thani, a distinguished leader with extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic leadership, and the energy and utilities sector.
He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Qatar Electricity and Water Company (QEWC), one of Qatar’s most significant utility organisations, where he contributes to strategic oversight and governance of critical national infrastructure. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business and Economics at Qatar University, playing a key role in strengthening industry–academia collaboration and guiding business education aligned with evolving market needs. Previously, Mr. Al-Thani served as the President of the Qatar Statistics Authority and also held the position of Director General of the General Secretariat of Qatar Development Planning.
Mr. Sai Manik Sud

Sai Manik Sud is a dual-qualified legal professional with a robust foundation in both Indian and international legal systems. A graduate of National Law University, Delhi and the University of Leeds, Sai also holds an LPC qualification, paving the way for dual qualification as a solicitor-advocate.
His professional journey spans cross-border legal environments, including a tenure as a Paralegal at Kensingtons, London, where he worked on commercial disputes. He also gained practical exposure at 3 Temple Gardens, contributing to high-value litigation, which reinforced his focus on oral advocacy.
Sai Manik brings a strong cross-border perspective to his practice, backed by a growing network of legal professionals in the UK and tie-ups with law firms in London. This international collaboration enables him to assist clients in navigating multi-jurisdictional legal issues and deliver seamless legal solutions across borders.
He has also served as a Researcher in the Supreme Court of India where he worked on high stakes matters, gaining rare insights into the workings of the Supreme Court of India.
Sai Manik was an associate with the Special Counsel for the Enforcement Directorate, where he actively contributed to complex litigation and has sharpened his courtroom advocacy skills. At the intersection of global networks and courtroom craft, Sai Manik delivers sharp, cross-jurisdictional legal solutions tailored to the modern client.

CA Govind Paliwal is a Chartered Accountant with over five years of experience in corporate finance, financial control, and strategic advisory. As Chief Financial Officer, he leads the Company’s financial strategy, reporting, and compliance — bringing precision and foresight to every dimension of financial leadership.
Prior to his current appointment, Govind served as Chief Financial Controller within the organisation, developing deep institutional knowledge of its financial operations. His earlier career includes advising start-ups and growth-stage businesses across India on financial planning and governance, alongside experience at Credit Suisse, where he gained exposure to global banking and financial markets.

Dr. Uma Ganesh

Dr. Uma Ganesh is a leader with over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors including Manufacturing, Media, Banking, Education, and Information Technology. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay. Her core expertise lies in entrepreneurial strategy, skill development, and digital employee management platforms.
She is the co-founder of Global Talent Track, which has positively impacted over one million youth through its vocational training programs, and 5F World, a venture focused on digital start-ups. Dr. Ganesh has held key leadership roles including Chief Corporate Development Officer at HSBC and CEO of Zee Education. She also serves on several boards, including the Centre for AI and Advanced Analytics, where she contributes to shaping the future of human-digital collaboration.

Executive Vice President – Human Intelligence
With 28 years in the IT training industry, Raghu is a seasoned expert in business operations, strategic planning, and development. He has previously worked with Seed Infotech, Microsoft, IIHT Ltd, and Aptech, and is now the Senior Vice President at GTT Data, focusing on Human Intelligence. Raghu drives growth through strategic decision-making, effective execution, and optimizing daily operations. His expertise in channel management strengthens client relationships and partnerships.
Raghu has a proven track record of setting up and managing business operations across diverse markets, identifying key drivers to enhance efficiency and foster growth. At GTT Data, he plays a key role in integrating Human Intelligence with Artificial Intelligence to achieve “Human-AI synergy in data analytics.”
A strong team leader, Raghu motivates teams, manages P&L, and drives performance, ensuring long-term stability in dynamic markets. His communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders have contributed significantly to strategic success.

Founded CRG in 1989, Dr. Jog brings over three decades of experience in both public and private sectors, offering unique insights into performance and business management. A leading authority in corporate finance, governance, taxation, and enterprise value creation, he is also Chancellor Professor Emeritus at Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business. With over 100 published works, Dr. Jog has received numerous awards, including the national ‘Leaders in Management Education’ award.
